We often hear how nasty drinking coffee can be. Today we are going to describe some benefits resulting from caffeine contained in our cup of joe. It occurs that drinking coffee is quite beneficial to our health. I'm sure that if you take your coffee in the morning you will be in the good mood for a while. :) Having positive action on our brain, caffeine, improve our attention, concentration and influences our mood, consequently, it decreases the risk of depression. What's more, it can enhance the capacity of storage data in the brain but the most important thing is that drinking coffee can reduce the risk of certain diseases such as  Parkinson, diabetes type 2, cirrhosis, and certain cancers. If you want to make use of the caffeine the best you can do is to drink black caffeinated coffee without sugar and cream. Moreover, it will help you while doing a workout by boosting your energy level and increasing your endurance.

How to learn languages

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to tell you how I learn the French language. The best way for me to enrich my vocabulary and grammar (unconsciously) is to read a short text and then translate it into my mother's language - it's so simple and it doesn't take a lot of time. You can try a "Vocabulaire progressif du francais". It's a book that contains different texts with vocabulary already explained and some tasks to do. There are at least 4 levels so you won't be disappointed. It's worth to see...Until next time

Gyros Salad

Ingredients: - whole chicken breast - half of the Chinese cabbage - 1 onion - 5 pickled cucumbers - sweet corn in tin - mayonnaise and ketchup - salt, pepper and gyros spice Chop the chicken breast into the small pieces. Do the same with the Chinese cabbage, cucumbers and onion. Then spice the chicken and fry it up in a pan. Next, put it into the salad bowl then cover the meet with onion, the onion with sweet corn, the sweet corn with a layer of the ketchup, then put the cucumbers on, the mayonnaise and at the end the layer of Chinese cabbage. Bon appetit!

How to fight off a cold with home methods

There are a lot of cold symptoms such as running nose, sore throat or sneezing which are the first pangs of the flu. While coping with a cold it is important to intake a lot of vitamin C which we can absorb by eating citrus fruits, berries and broccoli! You should drink a lot while staying in bed. I recommend you to take a cup of hot tea with one slice of lemon and one tablespoon of honey. You can also try with eating garlic and chicken soup. Gargle your throat with a saltwater - it will ease your irritation. That's all for now. Take care of yourself before falling sick!

There's one place in France where we can admire the British coast. The place is called Wissant. It's a seaside commune in the Pas-de-Calais department. For those who know the Second World War history, it will be the great way to combine business with pleasure. What's more, we can learn how to fish out in a traditional way and taste some local specialities. You can also swim in the North Sea. It's just great, isn't it?

Cauliflower Patties

Today i'm going to give you a simple recipe to make a cauliflower cutlets . Ingredients: 1 cauliflower 3 soup spoons of breadcrumbs 1 egg 2 cloves of garlic pinch of salt and pepper Preparation: Cut cauliflower into florets. Wash it carefully. Boil the water and cook the florets for about 20 minutes. Place it in the bowl and start to stir all ingredients together (chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, egg and spices - remember to cool the cauliflower first). Shape this mixture into round patties. Fry until they are slightly browned. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy your meal :)
