How to fight off a cold with home methods





There are a lot of cold symptoms such as running nose, sore throat or sneezing which are the first pangs of the flu. While coping with a cold it is important to intake a lot of vitamin C which we can absorb by eating citrus fruits, berries and broccoli! You should drink a lot while staying in bed. I recommend you to take a cup of hot tea with one slice of lemon and one tablespoon of honey. You can also try with eating garlic and chicken soup.
